What You'll Do :


- SAP PM Implementation & Support : Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA PM implementation and support projects, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing operational excellence.


- Technical Needs Analysis : Analyze customer technical requirements, collaborating closely to develop detailed project scope of work documents and comprehensive project plans.

- Master Data Management : Configure and manage core PM Master Data including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work Centers, Task Lists, Revisions, and Measuring Points.

- Notification Management : Configure and optimize the Notification Management process flow, ensuring seamless integration with Maintenance Orders.

- Preventive Maintenance : Design and implement Preventive Maintenance strategies, including Single Cycle Plans, Strategy-Based Maintenance Plans, Task List management, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameters, and Deadline Monitoring.

- Maintenance Order Management : Manage and optimize Breakdown Maintenance Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, and Calibration Maintenance workflows.

- Status Management : Possess in-depth experience with Status Management in both Notification and Maintenance Orders.

- Third-Party Integration : Work on SAP PM integration with third-party tools, ensuring smooth data exchange and process flow.

- Functional Specification & Coordination : Write detailed Functional Specifications (FS), coordinate effectively with the ABAP team, and rigorously test new functionalities or enhancements.

- Functional Testing : Conduct thorough functional testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Problem Solving : Apply strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues within the SAP PM module.


Key Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Proven experience in both SAP PM implementation and support projects.

- Ability to analyze technical needs and work with customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.

- In-depth knowledge and configuration experience in :

1. Master Data : Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work Center, Task List,

Revision, Measuring Points.

2. Notification Management : Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order.

3. Preventive Maintenance : Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring.

4. Maintenance Order Management : Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance.

- Must have experience with Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order.

- Experience in SAP PM integration with third-party tools.

- Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS), coordinating with the ABAP team, and testing new functionality or enhancements.

- Ability to perform functional testing independently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
