Job Description

Position : AEM UI Lead.

Location : PAN India.


Experience : 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.


Work Mode : Hybrid.


Immediate joiners are preferable.

Job Description :


Responsibilities :


- Frontend Development : Produce clean, easy-to-read, semantic HTML markup and CSS, adhering to W3C specs and best practices.


- CSS Architecture : Architect modular, maintainable, and extensible CSS code.

- Deep experience with SASS is a major plus.

- JavaScript Proficiency : Be deeply familiar with jQuery and the best plugins.

- Modular CSS : Leverage modular CSS methodologies like BEM and OOCSS.

- Feature Development : Develop new user-facing features based on provided designs and style systems.

- Code Reusability : Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize frontend pages for maximum speed and scalability, with a focus on

Core Web Vitals.

- Accessibility : Ensure pages adhere to accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.

- Input Validation : Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the backend.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

- Cross-Browser Testing : Ensure the application scales well across different browsers.

- UI Components : Build UI components using Storybook.

- Design Tools : Experience in using Figma is a plus.

Key Capabilities :


- Web Markup : Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

- Performance Techniques : Proficient understanding of core web vitals and techniques for optimizing page load times.


- Responsive Design : Strong knowledge of the Twitter Bootstrap framework and responsive design using media queries.

- CMS Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI components into a content management system.


- AEM Knowledge : Basic understanding of AEM's Sightly/HTL.
