Yamaha Motor - React.js Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled React Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a critical role in shaping the front-end architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end performance optimization, and enterprise-level application architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end architecture for scalable React-based applications.

- Define technical standards, code quality guidelines, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA.

- Lead architectural reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technical assessments.

- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams.

- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, libraries, and frameworks.

- Ensure security, performance, and accessibility considerations are built into design.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in front-end architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with React.js, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.

- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and code versioning tools (Git).

- Experience with Micro-Frontend architecture is a strong plus.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in large-scale enterprise application development.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
