Responsibilities :
- Total experience around 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementation.
- Functional and Technical expertise on the below modules :
1. Core HR.
2. Oracle SSHR.
3. Oracle Payroll.
4. Absence Management.
- Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL programming and proficient on performance tuning.
- Hands on experience in Oracle Interfaces/Conversions and APIs.
- Exposure to SQL Loader.
- Technical knowledge in developing Reports (BI, XML, Oracle Reports, APEX) , Absence, Payroll Fast Formulas.
- Hands on experience with Oracle Workflow, OAF development and personalization.
- Good understanding of EO, VO, CO, AM and OAF Pages using JDeveloper along with Java coding.
- Hands on Experience with Oracle APEX : APEX Application Builder and Reports.
- Involved in various Implementation, Testing, and Support projects.
- Self-driven and motivated individual with strong communication skills.
- Work with minimal supervision.
