Description :

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Lead / Manager to own cloud infrastructure, deployments, reliability, and security for production product environments and customer deployments. The role requires strong AWS exposure, operational ownership, and the ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage cloud infrastructure across production, DR, and non-production environments.

- Support and operate customer-facing product environments, including post-deployment stability and upgrades.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and rollback strategies.

- Ensure platform availability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management.

- Implement security best practices and support compliance requirements.

- Drive infrastructure cost optimization and performance improvements.

- Lead and mentor DevOps engineers; collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Required Experience :

- 6-9 years in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

- Experience managing production product environments.

- CI/CD, deployment automation, and incident handling experience.

- Good understanding of cloud security and reliability practices.
