This role requires a self-driven and consultative individual who can work independently while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience in the healthcare domain or EMR systems (preferably EPIC EMR) is a plus.

Client requirement :

- We're looking for a mid-level QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing for web and mobile applications.

- Ideally, someone comfortable building out and maintaining automation frameworks as well as executing test cases directly with our product and engineering team.

Here's what we're targeting :

- QA Engineer responsible for test planning, manual and automated test execution, bug reporting, and developing/maintaining automation scripts for web and mobile platforms.

- Experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright and Appium.

- Experience on Jira pref.

- Experience Level: 6+ years in QA, with at least 5 years in automation.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality.

- Build and maintain test automation frameworks (preferably using Selenium, Playwright, Appium).

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure quality.

- Participate in test planning, bug triaging, and root cause analysis.

- Report defects clearly using tools like Jira and work with development teams for timely resolution.
