Job Description :

- Global MNC Client based in Pune and Remote position.

- 7+ years of IT experience with hands-on Oracle Retail XStore POS Development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Retail XStore POS development, implementation, and customization engagements.

- Expertise in XStore Architecture, XStore Office, POSLog, Extension Framework, business components, event listeners, and transaction workflows.

- Design and deliver scalable XStore solutions by translating business requirements into functional and technical implementations.

- Hands-on experience in XStore JET UI customization, screen enhancements, dashboards, forms, and user experience improvements.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SOAP Services, XML, JSON, SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.

- Experience design and developing integrations with ERP, Inventory, Pricing, Loyalty, Customer, Payment, and Omnichannel platforms.

- Strong understanding of retail business processes including Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory, and Store Operations.

- Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities.

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience delivering solutions in global retail environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with XStore upgrades, modernization programs, POSLog, DTX messaging, XOCS/SIOCS integrations, and large-scale retail transformation initiatives.
