Job Title : Remedy Developer

Job Summary :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, forms, and applications within the BMC Remedy AR System.

- Customize and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, etc.) to meet business requirements.

- Integrate Remedy with external systems using web services, APIs, or custom connectors.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Remedy environment, including performance tuning and bug fixes.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation planning.

- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and code changes.

- Support upgrades, patching, and migration activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 37 years of experience with BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM suite.

- Strong experience in Remedy Developer Studio.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes and workflows.

- Experience with BMC Atrium CMDB, Smart IT, and SRM (Service Request Management).

- Knowledge of web services, REST/SOAP integrations, and JavaScript.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
