Job Title: Project Manager (with Development Experience)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically skilled Project Manager with a background in software development to lead and deliver complex technical projects across the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones.

- Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming (Agile/Scrum).

- Track and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps).

- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

- Serve as a technical liaison between developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

- Ensure code quality, documentation, and deployment processes are followed throughout the SDLC.

- Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in software development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).

- 2+ years of project management experience leading technical/software projects.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
