Reports to : QA Lead / Test Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary :

- Perform load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing.

- Monitor performance metrics using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Neoload.

- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in the application, server, or

database layers.

- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and other QA teams to resolve performance issues.

- Generate detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Contribute to continuous performance testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.

- Evaluate new performance testing tools and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 2 - 5+ years of experience in performance testing.

- Strong experience with tools like Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, etc.

- Familiarity with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.

- Hands-on experience testing web applications, APIs, and databases.

- Good understanding of HTTP, REST, WebSockets, TCP/IP, SQL, and JavaScript.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
