Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI systems that help solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models.

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare data for modeling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, software developers).

- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms.

- Optimize model performance and retrain models as needed.

- Build and maintain APIs and pipelines for model serving.

- Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and research.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- Proven experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

- Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, Spark, etc.

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices is a plus.
