Description :

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain a robust 3-layer network architecture across the enterprise, including core, distribution, and access layers.

- Provide strong expertise in Enterprise Routing and Switching Environment, focusing on platforms from major vendors, primarily Cisco and Aruba. This includes advanced configurations for protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, and HSRP/VRRP.

- Manage and optimize the enterprise Wireless Networks using Cisco and/or Aruba solutions, including controller management, access point deployment, guest network access, and troubleshooting complex RF issues.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configuration standards, and operating procedures.

Security & Firewall Administration :

- Serve as a primary administrator for network security platforms, with proficiency in firewall administration for Palo Alto and Cisco FTD/ASA devices.

- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot complex firewall policies, VPN tunnels (site-to-site and remote access), NAT rules, and security profiles (e.g., URL filtering, threat prevention).

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on network devices and security systems.

- Maintain and manage access control and security policies on Cisco IronPort proxy servers, including URL filtering, malware protection, and reporting.

Network Operations & Maintenance :

- Perform data network equipment software/version upgrades to the latest stable firmware releases across routing, switching, wireless, and security platforms, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Utilize and maintain network configuration management tools to ensure consistency, compliance, and rapid rollback capabilities for all network devices.

- Proactively monitor network health, performance, and security using network monitoring tools, identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure high network uptime (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow, logging/syslog analysis).

- Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for diagnosing and resolving complex network and security incidents.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Routing and Switching Environment, 3-layer Network Architecture, and complex troubleshooting.

- Proven expertise in managing Wireless Networks from major vendors (Cisco/Aruba).

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and executing data network equipment software/version upgrades (firmware, OS).

- Proficient in firewall administration with hands-on experience in Palo Alto and Cisco FTD/ASA.

- Hands-on experience in Cisco IronPort proxy servers (Web Security Appliance - WSA).

- Practical experience with network configuration management and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime, Ansible, RANCID).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical situations and provide clear, actionable solutions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.

Mandatory Certifications :

- CCNA/CCNP : Cisco Certification.

- PCNSA/PCNSE : Palo Alto Certifications
