Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team.

This role requires deep technical expertise in managing and automating on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure deployments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Security, and DevSecOps practices ensuring environments are scalable, resilient, and secure.

You will play a critical role in infrastructure automation, CI/CD implementation, monitoring, and enabling cloud-native operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient CI/CD pipelines for on-prem, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hybrid environments.

- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.

- Oversee container orchestration and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Configure and monitor infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar observability tools.

- Implement security best practices (DevSecOps) across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability remediation across all environments.

- Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to ensure governance and compliance.

- Automate system provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using modern DevOps tools.

- Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for hybrid infrastructure.

- Perform routine system audits and patch management.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

- Proven expertise in on-premise infrastructure management and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, CircleCI.

- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.

- Deep knowledge of security practices : Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, auditing, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).

- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, CISSP are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with hybrid workload orchestrators (Anthos, Azure Arc).

- Knowledge of observability best practices and tools like OpenTelemetry.

- Familiarity with policy-as-code tools (OPA/Gatekeeper, HashiCorp Sentinel).
