Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will own end-to-end implementation and delivery of our SaaS solutions across mid-market and enterprise clients.

With a strong background in IT project management, service delivery, and client engagement, you will be responsible for delivering value, maintaining SLA commitments, and driving smooth onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead project implementations from initiation to go-live for Xoxodays suite of SaaS products.

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to translate client needs into deliverables.

- Drive project scoping, planning, resource alignment, and milestone tracking.

- Ensure adherence to SLA, budget, and quality benchmarks across all project touchpoints.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during onboarding and implementation phases.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies, change control processes, and business continuity planning.

- Deliver regular performance and progress reports to leadership and client teams.

- Champion continuous improvement, bringing process and efficiency gains into the delivery lifecycle.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless execution and accountability.

- Conduct training and handovers to post-implementation support and customer success teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 68 years of experience in IT project and service delivery management.

- Strong background working with enterprise clients in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology sectors.

- PMP and ITIL V3 Foundation certified.

- Hands-on experience with project management and ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy.

- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, SLA adherence, risk management, and team supervision.

- Experience implementing ITSM platforms, driving SOPs, and optimizing delivery workflows.

- Familiarity with Generative AI applications in project management is a plus.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
