Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern Generative AI frameworks to build scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing and developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, working with vector databases, and integrating LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and LLM-powered applications

- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and AI workflows

Develop intelligent solutions using :

- LLMs

- Embedding models

- Prompt engineering techniques

- AI orchestration frameworks

- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Work with vector databases to enable efficient semantic search and retrieval capabilities

- Develop and optimize AI pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business solutions

- Evaluate and experiment with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and models

Ensure AI solutions follow best practices related to :

- Security

- Scalability

- Model optimization

- Responsible AI usage

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 -12 years of software development experience with strong programming expertise in Python

Hands-on experience with :

- Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Generative AI frameworks

- AI application development

Strong understanding of :

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts

- Prompt engineering

- Semantic search and retrieval systems

Experience building and implementing :

- RAG systems

- AI-powered conversational applications

- Knowledge retrieval solutions

Strong experience with :

- LangChain and/or LlamaIndex

- Hugging Face Transformers

Familiarity with vector databases such as :

- FAISS

- Pinecone

- Weaviate

Good understanding of :

- Embedding models

- REST APIs

- Microservices architecture

- Software design principles

Strong knowledge of :

- Data structures and algorithms

- Scalable application development

- API integrations
