Role Overview :

As a QA Automation Engineer at Xneeti Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, as well as identifying and reporting defects. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients and exceeds their expectations. Your work will directly impact the user experience and the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust and maintainable automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and web services, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defects to the development team to facilitate timely resolution.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design effective test strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the automation framework, enhancing its capabilities and efficiency to improve the overall testing process.

- Perform performance testing and load testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure the scalability and stability of our applications, supporting optimal user experience.

- Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data validation and test data setup, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the testing process.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and other industry-standard automation tools.

- Proven expertise in API testing and Webservices testing, ensuring the reliability and performance of our backend systems.

- Strong understanding of performance testing principles and experience using performance testing tools.

- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in writing complex queries for data validation and test data setup.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot defects effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, agile environment in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
