Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead zero-to-one product development for cybersecurity and SaaS solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, security, and business, and requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.

You will be responsible for defining product vision, shaping MVPs, and driving execution by working closely with engineering, security, and go-to-market teams.

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for cybersecurity and SaaS products

- Define MVPs, product requirements, and user stories aligned with customer and business needs

- Work closely with engineering, security, sales, and customer teams to deliver impactful solutions

- Translate customer pain points and market insights into clear product features and workflows

- Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and security risk

- Drive continuous product improvement using customer feedback, usage data, and key metrics

- Support product launches, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Cybersecurity Focus Areas (exposure to any is a plus):

- Endpoint security / EDR

- SIEM, SOC, and log monitoring platforms

- Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Compliance, risk management, and threat detection

- AI-driven security automation and analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Cybersecurity

- Educational background in Engineering / MCA (preferred)

- Experience building products from scratch or at MVP stage

- Strong ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance product value and security considerations

Good to Have :

- Hands-on exposure to cybersecurity products or platforms

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in early-stage startups

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Understanding of SaaS metrics, user adoption, and feedback loops
