Role Summary :

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who enjoys building user interfaces from scratch, not just maintaining existing codebases. You will play a key role in shaping the products user experience, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces especially in an early-stage / MVP-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces from the ground up

- Translate product requirements and wireframes into intuitive, user-friendly UI components

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services

- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and accessibility

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented frontend code

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend best practices

- Educational background in Engineering / MCA (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good to Have :

- Experience building MVPs, greenfield, or early-stage products

- Exposure to design systems, component libraries, and state management tools

- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques

- Prior experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments
