We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead UI Developer to lead front-end development team in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong foundation in modern web technologies, UI/UX best practices, and team leadership.

This role requires hands-on leader who can design, code, mentor, and drive high-quality user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional roles.

Key responsibilities :

- Leading, mentoring, and guiding team of UI developers

- Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of UI components and features

- Fostering collaborative, innovative environment; architecting, designing, and developing responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications

- Taking ownership of UI architecture, design patterns, and reusable components

- Translating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into high-quality code

- Collaborating with UX/UI designers for seamless implementation of visual elements.

- Mandatory qualifications include bachelor's/masters degree in computer science, information technology or related field

- 7-10 years of professional experience in front-end/UI development; 2-3 years of experience in team lead or senior role.

Key skills required :

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Expertise in modern UI frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

- Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Vuex, etc.)
