Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Manager with 4 years of experience in managing Agile development projects.

Qualifications :

- 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile development projects.

- CSM or relevant Agile certifications preferred.

- Experience with technologies such as Python, Java, PHP, React JS, Angular, NodeJs, Next JS, and CMS platforms like Drupal, AEM, Sitecore.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage conflicts, and drive resolution across teams.

- Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for actively engaging with cross-functional technical and product management teams to prioritize tasks/work effort by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and pipeline, and clarify tradeoffs when changes are made to that plan.

- Create and monitor active work, backlog, priorities and risks to team members, internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide advice to business partners on options to accomplish requested projects.

- Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resources.

- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

- Implement, measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure project dashboards are up to date.

- Adhere to enterprise-wide project management methodology standards.
