We are seeking an Senior AI Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team, focusing exclusively on Innovation Initiatives. As part of our dynamic group, you will contribute to cutting-edge AI-driven platforms and future-trend projects.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in machine learning and AI, with a proven record of developing scalable solutions. This role demands a delivery-focused mindset, emphasizing quick, incremental outputs in an agile environment.

Responsibilities :

- Rapidly prototype and deliver impactful features (DemoBytes).

- Integrate existing libraries/datasets for novel applications.

- Develop select features from scratch when necessary.

- Collaborate cross-functionally on AI innovations.

- Proactively improve systems based on AI trends.

- Participate in agile development processes.

- Deliver frequent, incremental outputs.

- Balance innovation with practical implementation.

Requirements and Skills :

- Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

- Handled team of minimum 5.

- Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java and R.

- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
