We are seeking a skilled and experienced MarTech Lead to lead our marketing technology initiatives across platforms and teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in multiple marketing automation tools, data and database management, platform integrations, and campaign deployment.
This role requires strategic and technical capabilities to drive personalization, automation, and seamless customer experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation programs (email, SMS, push, web).
- Manage and enhance MarTech stack including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee data architecture, segmentation, and audience strategy leveraging tools like SQL, CDP/DMPs, and marketing databases.
- Drive integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Drupal), and analytics tools.
