Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, efficient AI systems and infrastructure

- Mentor and guide AI engineers in best practices and emerging technologies

- Design an agile AI architecture enabling :

- Rapid progression : DemoBytes ? POC ? MVP ? Demoable ? Production

- Monthly releases of demo versions

- Production releases every two months

- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows

- Monitor AI industry trends and maintain state-of-the-art industry knowledge

- Stay ahead of AI trends and incorporate cutting-edge technologies into our solutions

- Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance

- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements :

- 4-8 years in AI/ML architecture, emphasizing rapid prototyping

- Proven design of scalable AI architectures for fast-paced development

- Strong ML/DL background and proficiency in current AI frameworks

Proficiency in AI technologies :

- Deep understanding of pre-trained models and libraries (e.g.,)

- Track record of guiding AI projects from concept to production quickly

- Skill in translating complex AI concepts into practical solutions

- Excellent communication of technical ideas to diverse stakeholders

- Knowledge of ethical AI and data protection regulations

- Experience with AI testing and deployment in agile environments

Technical Skills :

- Programming Languages : Python (must), R, Java, or C++

- AI/ML Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, ONNX, Hugging Face Transformers

- MLOps & Deployment Tools : MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorRT, TorchServe, FastAPI, RESTful APIs

- Cloud Platforms : AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, or similar

- Data Engineering & Pipelines : Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, ETL frameworks, data lakes (S3, Delta Lake)

- Model Monitoring & Logging : Evidently AI, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack Databases : SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra)

- Pre-trained & Generative Models : OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Stable Diffusion, BERT, GPT, CLIP, Whisper Version Control & CI/CD : Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD

- Security & Compliance : Data encryption, access control, responsible AI frameworks Requirements

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years in AI/ML architecture and system design, emphasizing rapid prototyping and scalable deployment.

- Proven track record in designing and delivering AI architectures for fast-paced, iterative development environments.

- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and model optimization techniques.

- Hands-on expertise with major AI frameworks, model fine-tuning, and large-scale training pipelines.

- Experience in end-to-end AI solutioning from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.

- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable, business-aligned solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical teams.

- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and compliance with global data protection regulations.
