The ideal candidate MUST be proficient in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and have expertise in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Vanilla JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

As a lead developer, that person will guide the front-end development team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable web solutions on the AEM Cloud platform.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces for AEM as a Cloud Service-based web applications.

- Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend code using Vanilla JavaScript, CSS, and HTML and BEM ensuring compatibility with AEMaaCS's cloud runtime

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, incorporating new AEMaaCS features like the modernized Content Fragment Editor and commenting services.

- Optimize AEM core and custom components, templates, and client-side libraries for performance, scalability, and cloud deployment, and edge delivery services.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG standards), responsive design for all devices, and adherence to AEMaaCS deprecation policies.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and facilitating knowledge sharing on AEMaaCS updates.

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in cloud environments, ensuring seamless user experiences and leveraging AEM's automated upgrades.

- Stay updated with the latest AEMaaCS releases, frontend technologies, and industry trends via Adobe's release roadmap and notifications
