Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Analytics / Adobe Experience Cloud professional with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Web SDK, Adobe Target, and modern data collection architecture. The resource should be capable of independently handling implementation, troubleshooting, solution design, migration, and day-to-day technical discussions with clients - moving beyond execution/support to take end-to-end ownership of Digital Analytics engagements, from requirement gathering and solution design through implementation, debugging, validation, migration, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, validate, and troubleshoot Adobe Analytics tracking - reporting, segmentation, calculated metrics, attribution, and analysis - using Adobe Tags/Launch for tag management and maintaining data quality, governance, and naming-convention standards.

- Translate business requirements into analytics measurement frameworks, event taxonomies, data layers, and implementation specifications.

- Design and implement web events using Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, including XDM event/schema design, Datastreams, Edge Network, and Identity Service configuration.

- Own Adobe Analytics to Web SDK migration end-to-end: current-state implementation assessment, mapping, migration planning, validation, and post-migration troubleshooting.

- Manage core AEP components - XDM schemas, datasets, identities, data ingestion, and data flows - and troubleshoot data movement from source through AEP into CJA.

- Build and maintain Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) connections, data views, dimensions/metrics, calculated metrics, segmentation, and cross-channel/customer journey reporting.

- Implement and support Adobe Target activities, audiences, offers, A/B and experience testing, and personalization/recommendations; integrate Target with Adobe Analytics and AEP/CJA for experimentation and measurement.

- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Adobe solutions using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, REST APIs, SQL, and browser developer tools/network logs.

- Define end-to-end data flows (Web to Web SDK to AEP to Analytics/CJA/Target), and produce technical design documents and implementation specifications, flagging integration risks and dependencies proactively.

- Lead client-facing technical discussions, design reviews, and implementation walkthroughs; own requirement gathering and stakeholder management directly.

- Mentor junior/fresher resources and review their implementation work.

- Ready to work from office.

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics / Adobe Experience Cloud implementation, including Adobe Analytics (reporting, segmentation, calculated metrics, attribution, analysis) and Adobe Tags/Launch for tag management, with solid understanding of data layers, events, variables, rules, and tracking architecture.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - XDM schemas, datasets, identities, data ingestion/flows - and hands-on Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) experience (connections, data views, dimensions/metrics, calculated metrics, segmentation, cross-channel reporting), including identity-stitching concepts.

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK - XDM event structures, Datastreams, Edge Network, Identity Service - plus proven experience assessing, planning, and executing Adobe Analytics to Web SDK migrations.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target implementation and configuration (activities, audiences, offers, A/B and experience testing, personalization, recommendations), including Target + Adobe Analytics/AEP/CJA integration for measurement.

- Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, and REST APIs, plus working knowledge of SQL for data validation; strong troubleshooting ability using browser developer tools and network logs, and solid requirement-gathering/stakeholder-management and client communication skills.
