Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration Specialist to lead and support integration efforts across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise applications using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, and custom connectors.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements.

- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures for real time integrations.

- Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Document integration architecture, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

Required Skills :

- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in API Integration with strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.

- Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.

- Knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and Power Platform.

- Familiarity with API development, OAuth, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.

- Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and ALM for integration deployments.

- Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in cloud integrations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services.

- Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems for cross-platform integration.
