About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, LLMs (Large Language Models), and Prompt Engineering. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions for a variety of business use cases.

- Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for text, image, or multimodal applications.

- Develop and maintain ML pipelines, integrating models into production environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to build scalable AI systems.

- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks and techniques to improve model performance.

- Leverage tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar for application development.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs and improve generative performance.

- Maintain and document model training, deployment processes, and experimentation workflows.

Key Skills & Expertise :

Programming & Development :

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

AI/ML Expertise :

- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.

- Proven experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, or similar open-source models.

- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, embedding models, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).

Frameworks & Tools :

- Practical experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and other Generative AI tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Specialization :

- Expertise in Generative AI applications including text generation, summarization, chatbot design, or multimodal AI.

- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and model evaluation techniques.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 to3 years in Generative AI / LLM projects.

- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
