Job Summary :

Must have skills :

1. React.js Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of React.js

- Ability to create frameworks and reusable components

2. UI Development :

- Experience with UI APIs.

- Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture.

- Frontend and UI backend integration

3. Other skills :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Automation skills.

- Docker proficiency

4. API Development : Experience with gRPC and Web APIs

5. Team Leadership : Ability to lead and groom engineers. Drive technical excellence within the squad

Good to Have Skills :

1. Backend Exposure : Node.js knowledge. Basics of .NET or willingness to work on .NET

2. Cloud Knowledge : Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

3. Container Orchestration : Kubernetes experience

Role Specifications :

1. Not a people manager role acts as Engineering SPOC for delivery

2. Responsibilities :

- Accountable for squad delivery.

- Prioritization and code review.

- Ensure quality and timeliness

3. Individual Contributor : Should perform POCs

4. Leadership : Lead delivery, review work, guide team not doing their work themselves

5. Time split : 50 - 70% coding, rest on architecture, roadmap, forums
