Job Title : Full Stack Engineer

This role for an experienced full-stack engineer to provide people engineering SME and support to our business partners in the Asset Management. The candidate should be hands on in advanced programing, visualization, analytical models and algorithms. The candidate should demonstrate strong technical/problem solving skills, manage multiple projects collaboratively and ensure adherence to enterprise standards. Youll work with smart, talented people across our business to create innovative, next-generation cloud-based applications, and analytics/models. Youll be involved, hands-on, through the entire development cycle. And youll redefine the way our traders, portfolio managers and analysts support our clients.

Job Responsibilities :

- Partners closely with the Business teams, and internal/external tech partners to design and develop cross cutting technology solutions.

- Provide risk based technical solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Reviews and interprets system requirements and business processes.

- Codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions.

- Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and working knowledge of related discipline

- Solve complex problems; research and bring in new and advanced machine learning concepts; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

- Provides input on tool and technology selection, standards and shares evolving best practices.

- Participates in discovery sessions to identify opportunities to leverage analytics to automate and enhance business processes

- Operate independently in a product centric culture with sense of ownership and accountability.

Eligibility :

Required Qualifications :

- Engineering (B.E./ B. Tech.) graduate or Masters (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) from a well-recognized institute

- 10+ years of experience as full stack developer/solutions architect

- You will have relevant experience in :

a. Delivering technology solutions working in financial services organizations.

b. Delivering cloud native (AWS) innovative solutions with a commercial mindset.

c. Full stack development skills Python, Angular, React, etc.

- Experienced with AWS stack and CI/CD

- Exposure to automated testing and Test-Driven Development

- Championing organizational change, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions.

- Being a good advocate for technology with the business bridging the gap.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information in an understandable way to all levels of the
organization.

- You can quickly build rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels.
