About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who can lead architecture design and integration efforts for large-scale core banking transformations using Thought Machine Vault. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BFSI systems, API-driven architectures, middleware, and database solutions, along with experience in deploying and managing workloads on leading hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the enterprise architecture blueprint for core banking transformation projects.

- Drive the implementation of Thought Machine Vault, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems.

- Design and oversee API-driven integrations across multiple applications and platforms.

- Develop middleware strategies for real-time data exchange and system interoperability.

- Define database architecture to support high-performance, scalable, and secure operations.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with organizational goals.

- Ensure best practices for cloud deployments across hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Oversee data migration, system consolidation, and integration strategies across legacy and modern platforms.

- Govern architecture compliance and enforce security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience in BFSI enterprise architecture and large-scale system integration.

- Expertise in API design and integration, middleware solutions, and microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of database design and performance tuning for financial applications.

- Experience with cloud/hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including security and compliance frameworks.

- Ability to design end-to-end integration strategies involving multiple systems and third-party applications.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in BFSI (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, local compliance).
