About the Role :

Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Designer with 46 years of experience to join our creative team. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and user-centric designs that bring our digital products to life. Your work will play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate product requirements and user insights into high-quality visual designs

- Create UI mockups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma

- Apply strong knowledge of UI design principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography to elevate user interfaces

- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless design execution

- Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency and efficiency

- Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions

- Use tools like FigJam and Miro for brainstorming, user journey mapping, and ideation workshops

- Advocate for accessibility best practices (WCAG standards) in all design outputs

- Lead problem-solving discussions using design thinking methodologies

- Ensure designs are aligned with UX principles, brand guidelines, and business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or similar role

- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

- Solid understanding of layout and composition in digital design

- Experience working with and contributing to design systems

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design

- Effective communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams

- Ability to balance creativity with business needs and user goals

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

- Experience with front-end development collaboration

- Background in visual storytelling or branding is a plus
