Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack experience across Node.js, AWS, React Native, and product architecture.

This role involves building web and mobile products end-to-end, integrating AI features, and contributing directly to the evolution of our AI products.

The role requires deep ownership, hands-on engineering ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express/NestJS, SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Architect, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, Cognito, API Gateway).

- Lead development of the React Native mobile application for iOS and Android.

- Build responsive and scalable web interfaces using React.js or Next.js.

- Integrate AI/LLM features including summarization, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and inference APIs.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models into production environments.

- Implement secure engineering practices aligned with HIPAA-readiness and DPDP guidelines.

- Drive architecture decisions and ensure modular, maintainable code.

- Conduct code reviews, write tests, and uphold engineering quality.

- Work closely with product, design, and clinical teams to ship end-to-end features.

- Support deployments, debugging, and optimizations for global clients.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in product-based tech companies.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js and backend API development.

- Proven experience building and deploying on AWS.

- Strong React Native development experience with production releases.

- Experience with React.js or Next.js for web apps.

- Good understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.

- Experience with AI/LLM products or integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, embeddings, vector DBs).

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver in high-speed environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated software domains.

- Knowledge of HIPAA, FHIR, ABDM, or secure backend architectures.

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, CI/CD, Terraform.

- Exposure to XR, Unity, or motion-analysis systems.
