Job Title : Full Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years (Product-based companies only)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development (Node.js, AWS) and frontend frameworks (React Native, Next.js).

You must have hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling production-grade mobile and web applications.

Experience with AI/LLMs, integrations, or vector databases is a strong plus.

You will work closely with our engineering, product, and clinical teams to build high-performance, secure, and scalable digital health products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, CloudWatch, etc.)

- Develop high-quality frontend applications using React Native, React.js, and Next.js.

- Own end-to-end feature development from requirements to deployment.

- Optimise application performance, security, and maintainability.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Deploy and manage mobile & web app builds on App Store, Play Store, and AWS/Cloud.

- Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code with strong adherence to best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.

- Maintain documentation and follow secure development standards (HIPAA-ready guidelines preferred).

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on MERN stack development experience.

- Mandatory : Prior experience in product-based companies building full-scale applications.

Strong backend engineering skills using :

- Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

- AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, etc.)

- API design, authentication, role-based access control.

- Strong skills in : React Native (Android & iOS apps), React.js / Next.js.

- UI performance optimisation.

- Experience deploying apps on App Store and Play Store.

- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basics.

- Understanding of microservices, serverless architecture, caching (Redis), and logging frameworks.

- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, Figma handoff.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Llama, embeddings, vector DBs).

- Experience with MediaPipe, pose detection, or computer vision libraries.

- Knowledge of health-tech, HIPAA/DPDP compliance, or secure data architecture.

- Experience building dashboards, admin panels, or mobile SDKs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in building production-ready full-stack applications.
