Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain WSO2 Identity Server environments, including patching, upgrades, backups, and performance tuning.

- Configure, customize, and integrate WSO2 Identity Server solutions to meet business requirements.

- Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access management systems to ensure high availability and security.

- Implement and manage security protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect for authentication and authorization.

- Collaborate with development teams using Java and Spring Boot for developing custom IAM solutions.

- Ensure smooth operations during 24x7 support shifts, promptly addressing issues and outages.

- Maintain documentation related to configurations, procedures, and system updates.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Hands-on experience with WSO2 Identity Server, including configuration, customization, and integration.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Spring Boot for developing and troubleshooting custom IAM components.

- Familiarity with security protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC).

- Experience with patching, backups, server maintenance, and upgrades in production environments.

- Working knowledge of databases and related technologies used in IAM solutions.

Preferred Skill Set :

- Experience with identity management products such as WSO2 Identity Server, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Oracle Access Manager (OAM).

- Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, social login, and identity federation concepts.

- Operating system proficiency: Windows and Linux environments.

- Ability to work in a 24x7 operational model, including shift rotations.
