We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant with hands-on development, implementation, and/or production support expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS. This role is critical for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions that enhance and integrate our core banking functionalities. You'll leverage strong technical skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and WebLogic, while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, compliant banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and integrate/deploy Java applications that extend and enhance Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS functionalities.

- Transform complex business and functional requirements into precise technical stipulations and detailed design documents.

- Conduct comprehensive software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging for Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS and its integrated components.

- Provide robust support for all testing cycles (e.g., SIT, UAT) progressively as per specifications/requirements provided by Oracle/Customer within planned schedules.

- Develop and maintain technical designs for application development, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

- Utilize and adhere to defined Standards, Tools, Processes, and Change-Control-Steps, ensuring all work is meticulously documented to meet the Quality, Audit, and Compliance expectations of both Oracle and the client.

- Actively participate in executive presentations, contribute to solution design documentation, and provide accurate status reporting.

Required Technical Qualifications :

- Hands-on development, implementation, and/or production support experience with a Core Banking product, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution (FCUBS).

- In-depth experience in implementation and strong knowledge across various FCUBS modules such as ELCM (Enterprise Limits and Collateral Management), OBIC (Oracle Banking Internet Core), OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments), OBCL (Oracle Banking Corporate Lending), Trade (OBTF + TFPM), OBBRN (Oracle Banking Branch Operations), and Loans (OBCL, OBCLPM, CI).

- Strong coding experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including advanced skills in writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views.

- Proficiency in Java development, WebLogic application server administration, and utilizing Postman for API testing, coupled with excellent debugging skills.

- Proven experience in data migration, technical support and issue resolution for OB (Oracle Banking) modules, and system integration.

- Conversant with IDE Tools such as Eclipse and Modeling Tools of UML (Unified Modeling Language).

- Experience in working with Oracle Database Tools and administration.

- Strong exposure to the Financial Services/Banking domain, understanding core banking processes and regulations.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive presentations, solution design documentation, and status reporting.

- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable solution design documents.
