Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the technology and product vision for the Banking and Financial Services vertical.

- Develop and implement a robust technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and product managers.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

- Manage risks and dependencies to mitigate project failures.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Java, and SaaS.

- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Drive the development of innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.

- Manage budgets and resources effectively.

- Monitor project financials and ensure profitability.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery.

- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Java.

- Proven experience in delivering SaaS solutions.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

- Experience in leading and managing large teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- A passion for technology and a drive to innovate.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.

- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
