The Opportunity :

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate ideas into well-crafted, production-ready solutions.

As the product is still evolving, youll have ample freedom to influence its technical direction based on your experience and vision.

As an experienced engineer, you will be expected to understand the business problems deeply, self-organize, and help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will be part of a highly empowered product engineering team where :

- Engineers are involved in understanding the What and Why before the How

- Every engineer owns the design, development, and deployment of the features

- The team is value-driven, customer-centric, and focused on solving real merchant needs

- You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and product owners to shape scope, solutions, and delivery

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

- Understand the scope with business stakeholders, Product Manager, and Product Owner

- Convert requirements into workable technical solutions and ship high-quality code

- Own both frontend and backend development along with DevOps responsibilities

- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness

- Create well-crafted, thoroughly tested features from design to production deployment

- Maintain coding guidelines and ensure code quality (clean code, efficient algorithms)

- Take responsibility for the application in production, including monitoring and support

- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies: backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning

- Contribute to organizational standards, policies, and engineering practices

- Ensure delivery of solutions meeting both functional and non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance)

- Troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues efficiently

- Support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making

Who We Are Looking For :

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

- 3- 5 years of Windows environment experience (High Availability environments preferred)

- Self-starter with strong autonomy

- Strong mindset toward automation

- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Continuous improvement mindset

- Strong communication skills and ownership mentality

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- AWS experience

- Technical expertise in .NET Core and surrounding practices

- Strong experience with React, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, code reviews, and deployment strategies

- Experience in SCRUM and agile development processes

- Understanding of SOA, API contract definitions, and microservices architecture

- Strong debugging skills across complex, distributed systems

- Experience designing for high throughput, real-time, zero-downtime systems

- Familiarity with TDD, BDD, or other test automation practices

- Ability to drive fact-based, data-driven technical decisions

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- SQL & NoSQL Databases (MS SQL Server, Cassandra, etc.)

- RabbitMQ or other message-queuing systems

- GitLab, GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy

- Kibana, Grafana, PagerDuty

- Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing VMs, proxies, load balancers

- Evaluating third-party services or integrations

- Micro-frontend architecture experience
