About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Worksoft Certify Automation Specialist with deep expertise in SAP test automation. This role requires strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA systems using Worksoft Certify. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automation frameworks, integration with test management tools like HP ALM or Micro Focus Octane, and the ability to collaborate across business and QA teams to ensure high-quality, end-to-end SAP testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute test automation scripts using Worksoft Certify

- Work across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA systems to validate end-to-end business processes

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business scenarios and translate them into automated test cases

- Plan and manage test cycles using HP ALM or Micro Focus Octane

- Provide support for defect triage, reporting, and documentation of test results

- Continuously improve and optimize the automation framework and execution strategy

- Ensure alignment with project timelines and delivery quality standards

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum of 6 years of overall experience in SAP test automation

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Worksoft Certify

- Expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA systems

- Strong proficiency in HP ALM or Micro Focus Octane

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts efficiently

- Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills

- Strong understanding of business process validation within enterprise SAP environments

Nice to Have :

- Experience with integration testing between SAP and non-SAP systems

- Knowledge of additional automation tools or scripting languages

- ISTQB or relevant QA certifications
