We are seeking a Work soft Automation Tester with strong hands on experience in Work soft Certify for SAP automation, who can also contribute to a secondary web automation track using Playwright.

This role is primarily focused on SAP end to end business process automation, while also supporting browser based and custom web application testing where Worksoft may not be optimal. The candidate will play a key role in building a hybrid automation strategy combining enterprise SAP automation with modern web testing tools.

Primary Responsibilities :

Worksoft Automation (Primary Track) :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify

- Automate SAP end to end business processes across :

1. SAP ECC / S/4HANA

2.SAP GUI and Fiori applications

- Build reusable automation assets including :

1. Process captures

2. Object models

3. Reusable components and frameworks

- Execute automated regression, integration, and smoke test suites

- Analyze failures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with functional teams for defect resolution

- Maintain automation standards, documentation, and best practices

- Integrate Worksoft automation with test management and ALM tools (e.g., Xray, SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Azure DevOps)

Secondary Responsibilities :

Playwright Automation (Secondary Track) :

Contribute to web automation using Playwright for :

1. Non SAP applications

2. BTP / custom web apps

3. UI scenarios not efficiently handled by Worksoft

- Develop and maintain Playwright test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript

- Support cross browser testing and modern UI validation

- Integrate Playwright test execution into CI/CD pipelines

- Align Playwright automation with enterprise QA standards and reporting

- Collaborate with Worksoft automation efforts to ensure end to end coverage across SAP and web ecosystems

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands on experience with Worksoft Certify

- Solid understanding of SAP business processes

- Experience automating SAP GUI, Fiori, and web based SAP applications

- Strong understanding of test automation concepts, frameworks, and QA lifecycle

- Experience with test management tools (Xray, ALM, Solution Manager, etc.)

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred / Good to Have Skills :

- Hands on experience with Playwright for browser based automation

- Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience building or contributing to hybrid automation frameworks (SAP + Web)

- CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab)

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects

- Worksoft certification(s) - Certify Automation Professional or equivalent

- Understanding of performance or integration testing concepts
