Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Worksoft Automation Tester with deep expertise in functional, regression, and business process automation testing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing automation frameworks for ERP platforms, ensuring high-quality software delivery in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for business process automation across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems.

- Perform end-to-end functional testing and regression cycles for critical business workflows.

- Develop automation solutions for API Testing using Selenium or Worksoft.

- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

- Collaborate with development and business teams to analyze requirements, create test plans, and ensure coverage.

- Maintain reusable and scalable automation libraries, ensuring efficiency and reduced execution time.

- Identify defects, log them in defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM), and perform root cause analysis.

- Actively contribute to test strategy discussions and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 7 years of total testing experience, with 3+ years in Worksoft Certify automation.

- Hands-on expertise in Selenium Java/C# for UI and API automation.

- Strong knowledge of ERP process automation (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

- Proficiency in API testing, web services (REST, SOAP), and data validation.

- Experience with CI/CD integration for automated test execution.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and automation best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps delivery models.

Preferred :

- Worksoft Certify certification.

- Exposure to performance testing tools and data management utilities.

- Experience working in highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
