Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with SSB teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

- Configure, test, implement, and document changes to the Workfront platform.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

- Establish and reinforce access control governance, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

- Develop training materials and provide hands-on training for Workfront users.

- Troubleshoot post-launch issues, working closely with Workfront support for resolution.

- Perform ongoing updates and optimizations to Workfront configurations post-implementation.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience in Workfront and Workfront Fusion configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of workflow automation, governance, and reporting.

- Ability to train users and develop comprehensive documentation.

- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and post-launch support.
