Workflow Architect - Nintex

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

- Define solution design, migration strategy, and governance standards.

- Analyze existing SharePoint Online environments and identify dependencies (Lists, Libraries, Content Types).

- Lead and mentor a team of Nintex developers and ensure high-quality delivery.

- Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.

- Coordinate with client for.

- Oversee project timelines, risks, and project execution.

- Ensure documentation, testing, and post-migration support are completed effectively.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands on experience with Nintex Forms (Classic, Responsive, New Responsive) and Workflows (O365 and/or Workflow Cloud).

- Strong architectural understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

- Proven leadership in managing development teams and client communications.

- Expertise in workflow migrations, optimization, solution scalability, and governance.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON.

- Experience with migration tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
