We are looking for an experienced Workday Time & Absence Consultant with hands-on expertise in Absence implementation and a strong understanding of Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex systems, issue tracking, and testing to ensure smooth Absence module deployment and operation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Workday Absence implementation activities with 3+ years of hands-on experience.

- Manage issue tracking and ticket resolution using standard systems and tools for source control and revision management.

- Understand and work with large, complex Workday systems to deliver effective solutions.

- Develop and execute test cases for new and existing functionalities to ensure system stability and compatibility.

- Foster positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Communicate clearly, providing detailed and summary-level information to peers and supervisors.

- Share knowledge proactively within the team to enhance overall expertise.

- Apply deep understanding of Workdays Absence module and broader HCM capabilities to support implementation and ongoing operations.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience with Workday Absence implementation.

- Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, and version control tools.

- Strong ability to manage and work within large, complex systems.

- Proven experience writing and executing test cases to validate system changes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Passionate about knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

- Workday Functional Certification is highly desirable.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
