- Lead comprehensive Workday tenant health assessments, identify issues, and execute corrective actions to improve system performance and reliability.

Workday Transformation Projects :

- Manage and contribute to tenant transformation initiatives, including reconfiguration, data integrity improvements, and process automation.

HCM Configuration & Enhancement :

- Configure and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring consistency with global HR processes and compliance standards.

Technical Solutioning :

- Design and deliver technical solutions, integrations, and reports that enhance the Workday platforms capability and usability.

Release Management & Testing :

- Support Workday release cycles, analyze feature impacts, and coordinate regression testing and deployments.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with functional consultants, HR, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Maintain accurate configuration documents, design specifications, and change control records to ensure system governance.

Technical Skills :

Core Expertise :

- 5 to 6 years of Workday Technical experience, including configuration, integration, and support.

- At least 3 years of experience in Tenant Health & Transformation (optimization, migration, and stabilization).

- Deep understanding of Workday HCM configuration, business processes, and security frameworks.

Technical Tools & Proficiencies :

- Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors.

- Workday Report Writer and Custom Report Development.

- Integration design, testing, and deployment across HR and Payroll systems.

- Familiarity with data migration, API integrations, and Workday Extend (good to have).

Additional Skills :

- Experience in system performance tuning and proactive issue detection.

- Exposure to Workday release management, sandbox testing, and tenant migration processes.

- Understanding of Workday security models and role-based access configuration
