Job Title : Workday Technical Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Technical Consultant with 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and configurations. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Workday tools, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PII, and Workday Extend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Workday solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Workday Extend, and custom reports.

- Work on inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking).

- Design and develop Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields as per business requirements.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather integration and reporting requirements.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide sustainable solutions.

- Participate in full Workday implementation lifecycle requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in integration development.

- Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.

- Assist with Workday security configurations and access controls when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday technical development and support.

- Strong proficiency in :
- Workday Studio

- EIBs and Core Connectors

- Web Services (REST/SOAP)

- XSLT, XML, XSD, JSON

- Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields

- Good understanding of Workday HCM core modules, and business processes.

- Knowledge of Workday Extend and PRISM Analytics is a plus.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
