Job Description Workday Integration Consultant.

Experience: 5 to 8 Years.

Role: Workday Integration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Web Services.

- Build and manage inbound and outbound integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other Workday modules.

- Create and optimize integration workflows, ensuring accuracy, data consistency, and error-free processing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

- Work with BIRT for custom report development (added advantage).

- Ensure secure data transmission using industry practices (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON).

- Maintain integration documentation, version control, and deployment best practices.

- Support Workday release updates and integration impact analysis.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs.

- Hands-on expertise in Workday inbound and outbound integrations.

- Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD, JSON, and integration middleware.

- Experience with Workday security framework related to integrations.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with BIRT for advanced report development.

- Workday certification(s) is a strong advantage.
