Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Develop integrations using Workday Web Services, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and other integration tools.

- Build and support media integrations with job boards and external recruitment platforms.

- Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

- Collaborate with HR Operations and IT teams to prioritize issue resolution and deliver high-quality support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, interface, and production support issues.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to Workday development best practices.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve Workday integrations, automation, and business processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Workday Studio

2. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

3. Core Connectors

4. Workday Web Services

5. Workday Report Writer

6. Calculated Fields

- Experience designing and developing Workday integrations with third-party systems.

- Experience integrating Workday with job boards and external recruitment platforms.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

- Experience supporting Workday HCM integrations and HR technology environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance modules.

- Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Extend is an advantage.

- Workday certifications are preferred.

- Experience working in Agile environments.
