Role : Workday Technical Consultant

Exp : 4 - 5 Years of Experience

Permanent : Chennai Location

We are seeking a Workday Recruiting Studio/technical consultant with 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have completed at least one full-cycle Workday Recruiting implementation and possess a strong understanding of core HCM and Compensation configurations.

They will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying Workday Recruiting solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs for Workday Recruiting functionality/enhancements.

- Design and configure Workday Recruiting modules including job requisitions, candidate management, and offer processes.

- Build and maintain offer letter templates, recruiting business processes, and notifications.

- Where needed, partner with HCM and Compensation teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across shared configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing scalable and supportable product solutions.

- Lead and work with platform admins for deployment of configuration changes to production, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption.

- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.

- Participate in release management, testing, and post-deployment validation activities.

Required Qualifications :

- 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, with a focus on the Recruiting module.

- Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementation.

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Compensation configurations, along with understanding of third-party product integrations (such as DocuSign & HireRight).

- Expertise in configuring Recruiting Business processes, Offer templates, and Notifications.

- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver practical, hands-on solutions from design to deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Workday certification in Recruiting or HCM (preferred but not mandatory).

- Familiarity with Workday Standard & Custom Business objects, Reporting and Calculated Fields
