- Workday Studio Integrations Lead

- B'Lore, Chennai, Hyd, Pune, Noida

- 3-5 yrs work experience

- Hybrid (3 days from office, 2 days from Home)

- NOTICE PERIOD < 30 days (absolute MUST)

Must-Haves :

- Workday Studio hands-on development experience

- Workday Integrations design and implementation using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP)

- Experience working with Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials

- Proficiency in integration technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net

- Strong communication and client-facing skills

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Workday or related HRMS/ERP integrations

- Experience managing and mentoring offshore teams

- Skills : Workday Integration, Workday Studio, Workday Hcm

- Notice Period - 0-30 Days

Nice to Have skill (Not must) :

- Workday certification (Integration Studio or other technical modules)

- Workday Reporting and BIRT Development experience

- Exposure to deployment across global clients (US/EMEA/APAC)

- Experience with AMS support and post-production client engagement

- Pre-sales or solution architect exposure in Workday consulting

- Knowledge of Workday Financials functional modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and expand our Workday integrations practice across deployment and AMS engagements

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for Workday integrations

- Provide guidance and technical oversight to junior consultants

- Manage integration-related escalations and production support

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and training initiatives

- Work closely with global customers and internal product teams
