Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Studio Integration Developer to join our team and support end-to-end HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, enhancing HRIS processes, and supporting digital transformation efforts across the organization.

This role requires deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, Workday Studio, integration frameworks, and cloud technologies, working closely with both business and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Workday Integration Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Studio integrations, including new integrations built from requirements and enhancements to existing integrations.

- Develop integration solutions using Workday Core Connectors, EIBs, BIRT, XSLT, and Workday-delivered integration tools.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday connectors, APIs, and data flows.

HRIS Configuration & Support :

- Configure, enhance, and support Workday Core HCM functionality in alignment with business needs.

- Implement workflow improvements, automate manual activities, and optimize system performance.

- Support Workday updates, testing cycles, and new module implementations.

Cloud Infrastructure & Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, HRIS solutions, and cloud-based infrastructure.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure HR technology systems remain secure, stable, and compliant with industry standards.

Digital Transformation & Collaboration :

- Partner with Digital Technology (DT) teams and business stakeholders to plan, design, and execute HR technology solutions.

- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and improving data flows.

- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones to ensure seamless integration operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software implementation and business support, with 4+ years in Workday implementation or support.

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration.

- Proven expertise in Workday Studio integration development and Workday integration frameworks.

- Experience working with Workday-delivered connectors and troubleshooting connector-related issues.

- Proficiency in integration technologies such as BIRT, XSLT, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of HR data models, HRIS systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
